7. Make time to practice meditation and prayer - yoga, tai chi or qigong. They provide us with fuel for the soul
8. Spend more time with elders in conversation... inter-generational living is a real tonic
9. Remain as curious as a three-year old, to the world around you
10. Speak your truth, to everyone always... without apology
